Sealcoating also called pavement sealing is the most cost-effective way to protect asphalt and extend its life. By applying a protective layer over the surface, we shield your pavement from the elements that cause premature cracking, brittleness, and structural failure.
We use a premium Supreme Grade sealcoat mix applied in a precise two-coat process, diluted at a 20% water ratio for optimal coverage and bond. The result: a uniform, deep-black finish that protects, beautifies, and saves you money on repairs.
When applied every 2 to 3 years, sealcoating prevents brittle asphalt, blocks water penetration, and dramatically reduces the cost of long-term pavement maintenance.

Surface Cleaning
Thorough cleaning, power blowing, and edge trimming remove all dirt, debris, and vegetation that would prevent proper adhesion.
Crack Sealing
Existing cracks are filled and sealed before sealcoating preventing water infiltration from below the new surface.
Two-Coat Application
Supreme Grade sealcoat is applied in two uniform coats with professional equipment, diluted at a 20% water ratio for ideal coverage.
Cure & Protect
The area is barricaded and cure time is monitored to ensure a fully bonded, long-lasting finish.
